Food Pairing Champagne
On Monday 11th of June 2018 I went to a ‘Champagne night’ event. I was impressed of the excellent ambience with attention to details and the level of professionalism that the owners planned the event putting their heart and soul and how they focused on quality and exceptionally prepared fish and seafood using innovative ingredients to satisfy their customers. Every dish was a performance!
We started with smoked salmon, carpaccio and crab salad in a unique combination of Perrier Jouet Grand Brut and continued with an amazing plate of shellfish, shrimp and squid.
Last plate was a delicious roast fish, pairing with Jouet Blason Rose. The menu ended with a tastful dessert and Champagne cocktail.
The event was an absolute perfection, in a divine venue. Anybody looking for superb world class experience.. look no further!
